This is the professional portfolio of Emilio Barradas. Its purpose is to show experience, projects and services, and to offer a way of getting in touch. It is not a shop, it processes no payments and it creates no user accounts.

By browsing it you accept these terms. If you disagree with any of them, the sensible thing is not to use it.

The text, the design, the interface code and the original images on this site belong to me. You may quote or link to them with credit, but not reproduce them substantially or present them as your own without written permission.

The company and institution logos shown here are trade marks of their respective owners and appear solely to identify where I have studied and worked. Their presence implies no sponsorship or endorsement by any of those organisations.

The CV holds personal details, so it is shared by invitation through an individual access code. That code is personal and non-transferable.

Sharing it, publishing it or redistributing the document without my authorisation is reason enough to revoke access, which I can do at any time and without notice. The codes also expire on their own.

Don't use the contact form to send bulk mail, unsolicited advertising or unlawful content. Don't try to break the CV access control, scrape data automatically or overload the service.

The form is rate-limited. Abusive use may lead to access being blocked.

Writing to me through the form starts a conversation, not a commission. Any work is put on a separate footing, in writing, with scope, timings and price agreed before it begins.

The timescale and cost estimates that appear on the site are indicative and do not constitute a binding offer.

The site is provided as is. I try to keep the information current and everything working, but I don't guarantee that it is free of errors or available without interruption.

I accept no liability for damage arising from use of the site, nor for the content of the external sites linked from here, which is outside my control.

These terms may change; the date in the header indicates the version in force.

They are governed by the law of the United Mexican States, and any dispute is submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City, unless a mandatory consumer protection rule provides otherwise.
